Very responsive , professional, and reliable. Very competative pricing for an excellent service. We had a difficult property to survey and he didn't charge us extra like the other guys... and delivered with the same quality service. I would recommend him to my friends and family. He was willing to work on our timeline. Not everyone is willing to do that.

I remain surprised by how expensive surveys are, considering what you get, which is why I've given only a 4 out of 5 for value for money. However, I will say that the survey Frank completed was extremely detailed and finely executed--much more professional than the seller's copy we had previously obtained, which had appeared to have been drawn by a child. In addition, Frank's rates were very competitive, he was personable, reliable, and professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future. Overall we were very satisfied.
