He was able to come to my home the following morning, despite the fact that it was a Sunday, and took a substantial amount of time to fully investigate a potential wildlife situation in my attic (which turned out to be flying squirrels). He stayed for over 3 hours, during which time he thoroughly inspected my roof and attic for entry points and set up mechanisms to expel the animals and keep them out in the future. I would definitely use Dan again (although, hopefully, I won't have to!) and would absolutely recommend his services to others."

"Ramos Wildlife Removal were the only company not outrageously priced when asked to remove a trapped wildlife animal. I had already purchased traps and caught an opossum the first night-now I just needed someone to come take it away. Most companies wanted $250 and above, just for removal. Ramos was very considerate of my situation given I lived in a townhouse that I only rented. Since I explained I had a family of opossum and raccoons making a ruckus at night he only charged $150 to remove the first animal and stated any other removal would just cost $75. Not only was Ramos understanding, but they were here the same day within less then an hour. I will be doing business with this company again, and I'd highly recommend them to assist in wildlife removal."

"Good price, very efficient and professional. They did a great job and had great communication the whole way. I'd definitely recommend them. They don't require that you be at home when they do the work - which is great if you're busy and can't really spend half a day waiting around for a service to show up. If there was anything to say at all, it'd just be that they require full payment in advance. Having never hired them before, I would have initially been more comfortable with partial payment to schedule and the rest when completed. That said, they do guarantee their work and I had no problems at all. They cleaned up all the debris very well and left the bags at the curb."
