Worst movers ever.. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.. movers quoted one thing and charged triple after leaving over half my stuff unmoved.. moving guy kept flirting with my 22 year old granddaughter the whole time he was there..sickening..no resolution

Great experience, start to finish

Hired to move in Knoxville. They were late, destroyed property, left items in home. Office refused to repair damaged property, acted rude when asked for reimbursement and then refused and said we should be glad they didn?t charge us more. RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE.

They did a great job.

I packed all my own items. None of which were broken. THEY packed lamps and shades, an antique child?s desk, and my computer monitors. Plus moved all furniture. They put everything they packed in the same closet box. Everything was damaged or broken. Our brand new king size bed frame has broken corners and deep gauges in the solid wood. We received NOTHING for the damages. POOR customer service. They subcontract out the pick up and once it is contracted out they are hands off. The people that delivered left everything in the driveway, unwrapped half of it while rolling their eyes and left all the trash behind. NEVER AGAIN.

I had an incredible experience with Fox Moving Company during our recent move. This morning, three movers arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were professional, friendly, and had great personalities, making the whole process much easier. Their efficiency and strategic approach were impressive, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Halfway through the move, two additional team members joined in. Just like the original three, they were courteous and personable, seamlessly fitting into the team. The camaraderie among the group was evident, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine, even with the added challenge of moving from a third-floor condo to a house with a steep driveway. Despite the complexity of our move, they kept up their energy and positivity. One of the movers even noticed me considering repositioning a desk at the end of the move and didnâ t hesitate to offer assistance, which was incredibly thoughtful. We also have three dogs, and I was pleased to see how well the movers interacted with them. They were all so kind, turning a potentially stressful situation into a pleasant one for everyone, pets included. Iâ m so glad I chose Fox Moving Company, especially after reading so many positive reviews on Reddit Knoxville. My first contact with Fox was Jose, who set the tone for the entire experience. He was professional, helpful, and made everything easy, from the initial inquiry to signing the contract online, all within a week. The company even provided us with some free boxes, which was a generous and much-appreciated gesture. In summary, Fox Moving Company made our move smooth and hassle-free. Iâ m grateful to the entire team for their hard work, teamwork, and positive attitude, to Jose for his excellent customer service, and to Fox Moving for employing such dedicated and caring individuals. I will be recommending them to everyone I know, and if we ever need to move again (though I hope not anytime soon), Fox will be my first choice.

They did a good job, except when they but my belongings into the storage unit. They didn't do a good job stacking things so I spent a whole day redoing it. Partly my fault but for what I paid should have done better...
