This is one of the most impressive service companies we have ever worked with for any kind of work done on our house. We were leaving for a long time away and one of the storm shutters would not work. They understood the need to get it done and came within a few days of the call. Brandon came with another repair person and they were amazing. The job required replacement of the motor. They had the part and installed it and checked all the other shutters. The whole service from start to finish was first class and they arrived on time. We had called the large company to whom we had paid about $60,000 for the installation of the shutters, but they were weeks out and charged a fee just to set up the appointment. We are moving into a new home and Ft. Myers will definitely get our business for the installation of new shutters there.

Received a quote before he started and had the parts to do the work immediately. Offered a warranty with installation of new motor and received maintenance on other shutters included with my service. The two technicians, Bill and Louis, arrived as scheduled. They were pleasant, professional and mindful of the furniture around their work area on my lanai. As they worked to correct the problem with my lanai shutters they explained what they found and what they were doing, and asked if I had any questions. Upon completing their work they cleaned the work area and were on their way. They fully earned the five stars I award them.
