"Adam was great to work with. He’s friendly and very knowledgeable. We had to customize our install a little bit and he did so with no issues. That was about four years ago. The unit has performed flawlessly since then but I recently had siding replacement and the siders got some debris in the fan. He came out and took a look at it and took care of it. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work. I highly recommend Genesis."
