Cristian answered all of our initial questions, offered a variety of great suggestions, and presented a timely and professional proposal for our hardwood floors. We had extensive work done: replaced a carpeted area, replaced carpeted stairs with hardwood, refinished existing areas to match new hardwood, and had hardwood installed in the basement area. Cristian and his team arrived on schedule, completed on schedule, and we're thrilled with the results. If you want to be treated with respect by a team that has a passion for hardwood call Cristian, my wife and I feel lucky to have found such a great craftsman!

Christian and his two assistants did a fine job. They were very skilled and efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves and put the waste at the curb. I would recommend Floors Smart to others and will use them again for future flooring projects.

Cristian did a great job. We had over 600 sq.ft. of new hardwood floor installed and over 500 sq. ft. of existing hardwood refinished. Cristian was always on time and he offered suggestions for the job that I appreciated, and his price was fair. I plan to hire him again to add hardwoods to a few other bedrooms.
