Cristian was very professional and true to his word. He always arrived on time and followed through with his commitments. He and his crew refinished my existing hardwood floors and installed new hardwoods in my study. They did an outstanding job, and the floors look terrific! I would highly recommend Floors Smart!

Christian and team did a great job with our floors. They stayed in the price they quoted and got done a little earlier than initially stated. We had them install 2,000 sq ft of dark wood engineered wide plank flooring. They installed a 1/4" plywood first and then the 1/2" engineered floors which we purchased ourselves from www.builddirect.com and got a great price - shipped direct to our home in 5 days. Christian even came back - after getting full payment - at my request - immediately, to check on what I thought was a glue smudge - but turned out to be sealant from the guys who had done our floors. Highly recommend these guys!

Cristian is very punctual and stands up by his word. He has done a very good job, and the price was very competitive. The only side note I have is Cristian had somewhat underestimated the troubles that he has actually encountered during repairs of hardwood floors and installation of hardwood on stairs and second level hallway, but stood up by his original estimate, even the actual work exceeded what was expected to do for completion. Personally, I would have preferred more thorough evaluation prior the job's start.
