Floors Smart

When I first called Christian (the owner) to setup for him to come out my original plan was to try to refinish my existing floors. It turned out the floors were engineered hardwood and he said it was not recommended to try to sand and re-stain them due to inconsistent finish. He gave me some options as we walked through the house and was very thorough in explaining what we could do and listened to our opinions. In the end we decided to have new engineered hardwoods installed. Christian and his team did a fantastic job with the work, they worked quickly, offered help moving furniture back, and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company and will call upon them again if needed.

Floors Smart did an outstanding job on refinishing all of my hardwood floors. He did everything he said he could do and even came back to do a small repair after I had remodeled my kitchen leaving some raw wood exposed. Perfect job and matched up exactly to existing finish. I was looking for three things before I hired Christian. - Fair price for the intended work - Excellent quality of work - Excellent communication By far Christian has been the best professional I spoke to and worked with. He was never late to work and I always got a response from him for any questions with in 10 mins. That is exceptional in my opinion. He listened to our needs and provided feedback when required and asked. He and his crew worked diligently to finish the job in a committed time frame though they had to do some additional work. Christian would ensure the quality of work before he asked me to inspect the work. I had to replace my counter top stove with pro-style stove and Christian was kind enough to stop by again to finish the floor under the stove so that it blends with the kitchen at no additional cost. He does not nickel and dime you. I have not seen a more honest and fair professional in my life. He is an exceptional human being and I don't think anyone would go wrong hiring him.

Christian is a professional. From his first visit to see the floors and measure, through the quote, and actual execution, he always did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was on time and finished the project on time and on budget. And the results are amazing. My floors look brand new. He offered recommendations based on best practices which I valued and accepted. I could not say enough nice things about Christian and his crew. They are professional, punctual, reasonably priced, and they do a great job. Probably the best contractor I have ever used. I used their services a few years ago to do my family room and dining room floors and they did a fantastic job. I had them do our master bedroom and sitting room as well as the stair case this time and they again surpassed my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
