Floor Essence & Remodel

Joe and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were willing and able to deal with a few unanticipated problems, offering me options so everything was exactly as I wanted it to be. They took care of everything from removing the existing flooring to installing the molding, including a final cleanup of the installed floor. The wood floors are absolutely beautiful! I couldn't be happier with the final result. I highly recommend Floor Essence for their technical skill, fair price and friendly, cooperative approach to the project

Joe and Mike did my hardwood flooring in the kitchen, dining area. They did a great job in one day.

Joe and Mike installed hardwood floors throughout my first floor. They did a great job. Had to cut out and replace a board that had a small splinter which they did graciously. Also took the time to custom make a couple of trim pieces. I was a little dissatisfied that there were several marks on the floor which they said was residue from the rubber mallet and would easily wipe off but, not so. It takes a lot of elbow grease and time. Other than that, they were courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Qualities I did not find in some of the other installers I had out for estimates. I am a perfectionist and their customer service met my high expectations.

Mike and Joe installed vinyl plank flooring in our living and dining rooms and we were so pleased we hired them to come back and do our kitchen and office. They are a great team, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced and the floors look beautiful! Also their customer service is great! I definitely recommend them.

Mike and Joe are definitely a great team. They were very attentive to every detail and the end result is beautiful. Initially they said the job would take 3 days and they got it done in just over 2 days. They were always punctual and respectful and had amazing ideas when it came to the floor. There is definitely a level of skill that is unmatched and I would recommend Floor Essence and use them for any future flooring jobs

Straight shooters and easy to work with. They installed new hardwood in one of my units and repaired some missing/damaged boards as well. I was pleased with the quality and they worked with my price. I plan to hire them for my next project.
