Excellent work experience

They Johnny and Jeffrey remodeled 2 bathrooms. They forgot to grout around the shower doors so the water came out all over the new wood floor that was just installed. The floors had to be taken up and after concrete dried a new floor had to be reinstalled. The toilets were installed without wax rings. The new wood floors werent installed properly so they make cracking sounds along with lifted places you can trip on. Popcorn ceiling was removed and retextured twice because they only sprayed parts, not whole ceiling. Replaced all baseboards with one I told them I didnt want. Sloppy job on ceramic beveled tile in kitchen, left it so you couldnt even see the bevel. Grout in bathrooms cracking and coming out. They didnt know how to fix pocket door so it was flush with side of molding to close properly, so they pulled the trim from side and filled it with caulking. This substandard work was supposed to be completed in a matter of three months, fourteen months later it was still not finished or corrected. They used masking tape to cover my new hunter fans and pulled paint off the blades. All this time to complete this job and we only saw Darryl four times. He never honored the warranty, never returned call or texts. They walked off the job, never fixing their mistakes. We had many out of pocket expenses after paying him for a job never completed. He never honored the contract, He is not a man of his word, he is a liar. We hired a lawyer who called him, texted him, wrote him a letter with no response. Hes now LLC and he thinks hes untouchable, but when we hired him he was not LLC. Beware when you hire him, check his work, they are a substandard contractor, dont be fooled by his words. I am not alone, other people were also affected by this contractor. Make sure everything is in writing, Protect yourself from one of the Worst Contractors!

Darryl and the crew did a great job getting rid of the popcorn ceilings, they scraped, patched, prime and painted. This is a wonderful crew, they do honest work for an honest price. Super happy with the results! He backs up his work and does not leave until you are satisfied. Will definitely hire him again for future projects! Cheers!
