Very good customer service

They came on a Saturday. Very convenient! Finished the work 2 hours before I thought they would. Extremely friendly and yet professional. Did a great job.

Part 1: Like most....I was weary about the idea of hiring a contractor to complete the job. After researching several companies on the Internet, I chose FixxMyHouse. The owner responded the same day and had someone out to my house the very next day to repair my drywall crack. That someone (Jimmy) was very courteous and patient in explaining the whole process. In fact, although the initial repair looked fine to me, he stated that it could be improved, which he did without charging me anything over the "agreed price". I am very impressed with FixxMyHouse and as a result their quality of work on this drywall repair, I am contracting them for other projects. Darryl, the owner, is straight shooter and prides himself in establishing a trusting relationship between his team and the customers. If you need a project done.....call these guys. If Darryl and his team cant do it - he will recommend a reputable business that can. I consider myself extremely lucky to have found FixxMyHouse. You will be too. Comment: Part 2: I was so impressed with these guys after repairing my drywall, I took a plunge and had them remodel my entire detached garage. This included replacing all of the drywall, installing a ceiling with attic access, installing windows, adding additional lighting (shop lighting and floodlights, rewiring the entire structure, install tile flooring, relocating a wall mounted AC unit, and installing overhead lighting to the attached carport. They approached this project in the same manner as the original drywall repair. They were timely, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Darryl (Owner) maintained continuous communication with me from start to finish and no changes or additions were made without my knowledge or approval. I also had them fix a section of drywall in my kitchen where the tape had started to come loose from the ceiling. There was a very minor issue with the new texture not matching the rest which Darryl had his crew promptly corrected. Although I didn't really consider it a big deal, it did go a long way to demonstrate that they live up to their motto of "If you're not happy - we're not happy". In summary, they did an amazing job on everything despite the fact that I kept adding things to their to do list as they went along. I appreciate the positive attitude and politeness of all of the team members. I know I speak for many when I say it is a big relief when you can find a contractor that not only takes great pride in their work and customer satisfaction, but also lives up to and keeps their word. These guys truly earned the right to be considered as my primary contractor for future projects now that I know they can be counted on to handle anything big or small. These are great people to work with. They did a fantastic job repairing our bathroom after major water damage. If you want someone to get the job done right call them, you won't regret it. I know and I won't hesitant to hire Fix My House again.
