Fixed & Fair replaced our chimney from the roofline up. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. Very happy with professional work by Fixed and Fair. Respectful of property, cleaned up after work was completed, they were very thorough.

Only contractor to go up onto roof prior to providing an estimate for rebuilding the chimney. Nice team; arrived on time and focused on job at hand. Answered all questions. Very friendly and professional. Provided discount on estimate. Would hire again. Would have provided an overall 5 star rating except for the manner in which the chimney was deconstructed. Bricks and mortar were not lowered by bucket. They were thrown from roof onto a tarp damaging grass and soil below. Also, dangerous. Wasn't notified of this method otherwise would have covered grass and deck with cardboard to lessen impact. Minor deck damage.

Bill arrived on time, performed beautiful work, cleaned up afterwards and stayed within budget. Demolished old, decaying steps and replaced with a beautiful, matched front stoop. He also advised of some other work I might need in the future and gave me an estimate for that. I'll be sure to use him again in the future!

Billy from Fixed and Fair was professional, prompt, and happy to answer all of my questions. He and his partner parged my 100-year-old brick foundation. It only took 4 days from estimate to having the job complete. They showed up on time, did the work quickly, and left my basement cleaner than before they arrived. If you need quality work done, I strongly recommend Fixed & Fair.

What a wonderful experience!! Had a roof issue where water was coming in and Fixed & Fair Construction came to the rescue.
