Five Star Bath Solutions

Although the project isn’t scheduled to be done until the end of December, everything so far has been very thorough. The appointment was confirmed and the owner of the company has been in contact with me three times to go over my project and make sure everything is accurate. They thoroughly explained the material they used and how it was manufactured, put together and totally waterproof. It also has a lifetime warranty. In comparing it to another company, it was about half the price with all waterproof material that would never mold and they would make sure that any water damage behind the current shower stall was fixed. I am looking forward to getting the new shower installed with everything updated.

Shower looks great with rest of bathroom All paperwork , permits needed taken care of . Workers on time and were very careful covering floors and vanity. My only concern was the height of the shower head . I have a 5 1/2 inch x 8 1-2 inch head that is 72 inches high. It comes straight out from the wall and looks very â industrial â . Not quite what I wanted . Ken sent me some photos of some others but they didnâ t match the water/ on /off handle .My son visited me and at 6 Ft talll his head hit the shower head . After using it and looking for a different shower head I decided the hassle wasnâ t worth changing anything . What I wanted was the pipe to have more of a â gooseneck â shape . For the cost I think I should have gotten exactly what I wanted. Will see if Five Star can still find a solution.

Good communication about when they were coming and were true to the two day time frame of the remodel. They had to come out twice afterwards to replace or fix a couple of things but responded promptly. Staff was always professional and courteous. Thrilled with the new look

They did a great job with this project removed the tub and installed a walk in shower arrived at our house on time and was done in four and a half hours they were reasonable price and also worked with the VA I. Would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in doing this type of work they also removed a toilet and put in a A D A toilet five star rating for this company we are very happy with this company
