The project was hassle free. I had my old tub removed and a new shower installed for my elderly mom. They explained the process and the time frame. They protected my carpet and cleaned up after their work. Finished earlier than expected, less than 8 hours. It turned out very nice. I appreciated that the sales person (sorry, I don't remember his name) talked to his boss about ways that I could bring the cost of the project down. I appreciated that owner Mick personally called to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated that I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right away. It's almost 4 months since the remodel, and the shower still looks great!
