Right away we could tell Tom was genuine and someone we wanted to do business with. Signed a contract before Tom left. Within 6 weeks our beautiful walk-in shower was installed. Installation, including demolition and city inspection was completed in one day. I did need to have them back to address some caulk, but again no issues and a happy customer.
