They came twice in two weeks for different leaks. Immediate response both times. The first time they dug two places (including removing and replacing pavers) in the front to fix two underground leaks at an amazingly fair rate that was quoted on the phone. They also adjusted the timer for the sprinklers in the back that was not set properly and adjusted the sprinklers because the water also overflowed on the sidewalk. They did not charge! We had no idea this would not be on the final bill and did not expect this. The next week we had two new leaks in the backyard they fixed the next morning at another fair rate by replacing the sprinkler actuator. We would highly recommend them!

First Rate Irrigation responded to my request right away and did a thorough and professional job. My gardeners had tried several times to fix those sprinklers and failed. First Rate Irrigation spent hours diagnosing, but then fixed all the different areas in one day (including digging down to repair two pipes, replacing 15 sprinkler heads and adjusting all the timing to save water). Canâ t say if they were the cheapest as I didnâ t get other estimates, but Iâ d certainly recommend them to anyone. Polite, clean and friendly too⠦⠦and not afraid to get wet if thatâ s what it takes, even on a cold morning.

Completely satisfied. They replaced four controllers and many sprinkler heads and fine tuned them so they would cover the territory without watering the sidewalk and driveway.
