First Rate Irrigation responded to my request right away and did a thorough and professional job. My gardeners had tried several times to fix those sprinklers and failed. First Rate Irrigation spent hours diagnosing, but then fixed all the different areas in one day (including digging down to repair two pipes, replacing 15 sprinkler heads and adjusting all the timing to save water). Canâ t say if they were the cheapest as I didnâ t get other estimates, but Iâ d certainly recommend them to anyone. Polite, clean and friendly too⠦⠦and not afraid to get wet if thatâ s what it takes, even on a cold morning.

Completely satisfied. They replaced four controllers and many sprinkler heads and fine tuned them so they would cover the territory without watering the sidewalk and driveway.

Cost to repair broken irrigation line was considerably less than other estimates I received. Workers did a great job fixing leak and cleaning up plus they were very courteous. Very good company to work with.

Esau responded quickly to my request for a quote. After speaking with me on the phone he came out to my house to assess the problem. He explained to me exactly what was going to be needed to make the repair. He didn’t try to up sell me or try to add anything else that I didn’t need. His brother Rafael come three days later with parts in hand ready to install. What impressed me the most was that Esau said that they would start at 8 and Rafael showed up right at 8. Once their he had to remove some plants that were in the way of the old valves. That worried my wife. After he was finished he replanted my plants and made the area look like he had never been worked on. He made sure to wire the stations to the timer the exact same way. If you have irrigation issues these are the guys to call. Friendly, efficient and reliable. I would definitely call them again.
