Our technical Paul was great he arrived on time as promised and this was during a snow event to replace a brokens pring on our garage door. ,Completed the job in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company.

?? 1 Star ? Poor Service & Unresolved Repairs I have dealt with the same garage door issue for over three years after using First Call Garage Doors. The owner diagnosed the problem as a bad spring bar and charged $450 for a ?heavy-duty? replacement and new rollers. The issue was never fixed. The door would stop short of closing and reverse. Months later, he claimed my foundation had shifted and added shims, then contradicted himself by saying the spring bar he installed was bad. Despite spending over $1,000 on repeat visits, the problem still exists in 2026. When I contacted him again, he was rude, dismissive, and tried to avoid responsibility by saying the work was done years ago, even though the issue has been ongoing since the initial repair. He did not remember his own diagnosis or keep proper records. Overpriced, ineffective repairs and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Paul Yackaniez of First Call Doors returned my call immediately. I explained the problem associated with my garage door. Paul was at my home within 20 minutes. After his assessment, I was given a quote. Paul had the necessary parts available on his truck and within approximately 30 minutes my garage door was in perfect working order. I was impressed. Paul was efficient, presented himself well, and had a nice personality. I would highly recommend Paul at First Call Doors.

Paul was very responsive and communicated well my options for repairing my garage broken springs, with no pressure. Jason was awesome too. He showed up on time, he was meticulous in repairing the springs. And he was so easygoing to return 2 days later and replace the rail. I will definitely keep First Call Garage Doors in my phone book and use Paul's and Jason's service again and refer First Call Garage Doors.

We received an immediate call back after initial request. They were available to come out the next morning, which for us, was great. My husband's easiest access to our house is through the garage, so we needed the repair quickly. They were here on time and replaced our springs. They are reasonably priced and very courteous. Highly recommend and would use again!
