Came out quick enough and was able to come up with a solution to our somewhat unique issues. However, you have to use the openers they use or pay extra, and the door still needs adjustment and still have not heard back from the company.

I'm very pleased with the work performed by Paul @ First Call Garage Doors. He reached out to me within 10 minutes of my inquiry, responded quickly to my numerous questions and within 2 days had completed the installation. He also assessed the condition of my current doors and provided me with several reasonable options. Even thought I accepted the lesser cost option (replace springs, rollers, and rehab the existing doors - he responded professionally and completed all of the rehab and installation work timely and with high quality. I also appreciated that Paul and his team cleaned up the work area and hauled away all of the old equipment and the packing material from the new. I also felt Paul was looking out for me best interests when he recommended a less expensive option for my consideration to address incompatible technology in my vehicles. I would definitely use Paul and First Call Garage Doors again.

Called at 9:30 AM Monday and replacement garage door opener and door springs were installed by 11:30 AM the next day. Very happy with the work and contractor.

You need to find out if the door you are getting comes with all components to link with your vehicles. Ours did not and I am now faced with buying a bridge packet to be able to use my homelink in my cars.
