Sam contacted me and we set up service for next day between 4-5pm. Sam called about 3:45 and let me know he was about 20-25 minutes away. He came he saw and he fixed. Was not major but something I did not want to do in 15 degree weather. Sam advised that I should look at either a new door (lighter) or more horse power for opener in the future. I thought the cost was average for any kind of service call.
