NICE PEOPLE, VERY GOOD WORK, BUT VERY EXPENSIVE !!!! MOST GARAGE DOOR TECHS WITH 20 OR MORE YEARS EXPERIENCE, CHARGE THE GOING RATE PER HOUR AT $15.00 TO $20.00 !!!!! I HAD WEATHER STRIPPING PUT ON THE BOTTOM OF MY GARAGE DOOR $12.00 AT HOME DEPOT FOR THE STRIPPING, AND A SMALL SECURITY LATCH $ 7.00 HOME DEPOT, SAM PUT THE REAL SMALL LATCH ON THE DOOR, I HAVE THE LARGE ONE ON THE OTHER SIDE YOU THINK HE WOULD HAVE MATCH THAT ONE !!!! AND HE WAS HERE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, SO I FIGURE I PAID $110.00 AN HOUR FOR HIS WORK, BECAUSE THE TOTAL BILL WAS $130.00, I SHOULD HAVE ASK WHAT HE CHARGES AN HOUR BEFORE I HIRED HIM !!!!!!!!!! SO ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ASK THE LABOR AND PRICE FOR PARTS BEFORE YOU HIRE FROM ANY COMPANY AND GET IT IN WRITING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Advertisement on truck states free estimate, but was charged for service call. It was explained that THE FREE ESTIMATE was if a new garage door was installed..

Sam arrived exactly on time for a weekend scheduled repair. He performed an excellent repair job on our garage door. He cleaned everything up prior to his departure. His cost was reasonable and we highly recommend his services. This was our first experience with HomeAdvisor and we were completely satisfied with the results.
