Final Touch Lawn Care

Jim and his team were wonderful to work with! They checked in with me throughout the whole project. I'm quite happy with the beautiful landscape they created for me. I will definitely have them back.

We hired Final Touch to mow our lawn regularly, do yard cleanup when seasons change, clean the gutters, and remove our **tons** of leaves in the autumn. They do great work at reasonable rates.

What happened to them? They started off cutting our grass as agreed. Then, they stopped coming. I have not seen them in weeks. I have sent emails and left many phone messages... no responses. Price was reasonable, they seem eager for the work, and the started off fine. But ... are they still in business? Now I have to cut the grass myself and find someone else to do it.

I hired this pro for a spring clean up and other yard services. They did not do the work as we discussed, left my gate open and my dogs were released. I asked the owner specifialy for one individual not to return, but the individual returned. Service is very poor.

I have not seen them but I think they have come twice. I assume that they send out a bill. Work is good I'm a disabled Vet and can't do the mowing anymore.

Call right away if not satisfied, or it will not get better. No bill yet received.
