Stephen Fenn was amazingly in touch and timely throughout the process from the initial call back through the installation. He let me know what he was doing each day and communicated with me far more than I expected. They also had a very competitive rate and did an excellent job on the installation and clean up. Team was also very respectful. I highly recommend Fenn Brothers.

Steven Fenn went above and beyond on this state funded HUD project. This grant to the town is not for every contractor. Fenn had to supply all material and finish 50% of the project before any payment. They were more than fair with additional work coming in under the estimation for ledge removal. This was the hardest septic you could build, on top of a mountain and the entire pump chamber and holding tank had to go into 15 ft, of solid rock. These jobs go to the lowest bidder and I took a chance with Fenn, having never work with them before. It paid off two fold, Thank you Steven Fenn!!!!!

Stephen installed the septic system for our rental property. He communicated effectively with the town inspector during the installation so that we only used the minimum amount of sand, this saved us a lot of money in the cost. Also he helped to clean our backyard with his excavator which is not in the service contract at all. We are very satisfied with his job!
