I do not hand out 5 star reviews just because. Steve and his team exceeded expectations. He replaced a septic tank and installed a dry well system just before the sale of my home to satisfy conditions to buy and he completed the work impeccably with minimal impact to the yard. He was exceptionally strategic, clean and neat while doing the work where others were making no promises or guarantees. I canâ t say enough good things about Fenn Construction.

Worked within a very tight and difficult schedule and the cost was very reasonable. Also worked well with permits and professionals. He got me out of a jam and helped me sell my house when a buyer wanted the septic systems completely replaced. Excellent contractor.

Steve Fenn personally completed the job with his co-worker. Job estimated at 3 days & was completed in 2. Installation was seamless & clean-up was great. Highly recommend Fenn.
