I had to have a septic system put in for a house I was selling. I live in Georgia and was unable to oversee the project. Stephen took care of everything. He kept me updated and sent me pictures. And he made sure that I was able to meet my closing date. Thank you again!

Would recommend Stephen and Fenn Construction. He worked with me through a very challenging septic system installation, and many weather related delays. Appreciated his forthrightness when issues had to be addressed and that he was able to complete the project so that we were able to enjoy a full house on Thanksgiving with no septic related issues! As an edit to my review, as the spring has arrived and I look at my yard following the install of the system I am a little disappointed with the finished product (not the septic system itself). but the final grading on the property. I know it was a challenging install but still feel the final outcome could have looked better. I had to remove a tree that probably should have been removed at the onset of the project and have much landscaping work($$$) to make my front yard decent. In hindsight I probably should have gone with a local company.

We were hired to install a new septic system which was engineered. We simply follow the plan provided. We grade and seed upon completion but landscaping is a different business, and we do not nurse lawns back to perfection.

Stephen communicated by well with me. We chose Fenn when I could not get another company that I had a contract with to give me updates on when work would start. It was very frustrating. I found Fenn through Home Advisor and he was able to come out the next day and look at our situation. He kept me in the loop on every step of the way and beat the other company by $3000. We had an entire new system installed - box and leaching field. Stephen worked with the woman from Farmington Valley Health District to get all the permits and inspections. The finished product in our yard looks very good. Nice grade to the yard. We are very happy with the job Stephen Fenn and his crew did at our home.

Stephen personally showed up for both my soil test and system install. It was clear from the beginning he knew what he was doing. He has a high level of customer service and is willing to work with his clients to ensure a quality result. I would use him again.

Installed a new septic system for us. Very easy to work with. Flexible and willing to work around our travel schedule. Thorough, hard working and detail oriented, making sure to cover all aspects of the job that needed done, even a few things that weren't in the original plan. Very satisfied with the job they did for us.
