Came to blow out ac drain line. Company does not give price over the phone. Company policy. Tech came out , blew some compressed air down the line. Walkd outside , said stuff came out, poured some water down the line, swiped my credit card and left. Was there 15-20 minutes. Didn't put the safety cap back on the drain, didn't go near the thermostat to turn the system back on and did not make sure the system came back on. Just left. Charge....$291.00. Said he had deducted the 49.00 show up fee. Never again. I cancelled my generac contract with them.

They prey on the vulnerable,old folks and widows. They use pressure and are extremely expensive. I have been trying to contact them since March 26, no answer, no reply. Their positive reviews are probably solicited from friends and family. There are three in my building that have had very bad experiences with this company. DO NOT TRY YOUR LUCK WITH THEM. They charged $850 for a job the competitor was $99. Their parts price of over $1600 competitors estimate $300 to $1000

I was considering Using this overpriced company Advance Air Home Services to replace my Mini split unit That was under warranty for parts. Because their ?labor charges? were so high. It would make no sense to repair it but just buy another mini split for their NOT low low price of $8000., .I stated more than one time before they left. Do not drive on the front lawn. It has all new grass. I showed them where they could back up instead I watched from inside my house as that one man drove completely across our lawn with new seedand made multiple turns on it tearing up the grass Today, I saw the Side panel was NEVER even put back on the outside unit, Which exposes it to electrical hazards, shorts or even possible fire because The power was on and I didn?t know how to turn the breaker off for the unit. Their tech called me mad challenging if i was sure before he drove out here, i was looking at missing side panel & exposed wires, he came out mumbling, replaced the panel no apology

I was glad to learn Advanced offers plumbing services. I already used Advanced for a new Lennox system that I love. They took care of my plumbing issues like pros and now I am looking into a heated bidet. Cant wait .

I hired Advanced Air Home Services expecting professional service and honesty. Instead, the experience was full of pressure tactics, misleading pricing, and missing parts after installation. When their technician came out, a salesperson joined him. What should have been a repair visit quickly turned into a sales pitch. I was told my system wasn?t worth fixing and that repairs would cost thousands with no guarantee. When I asked about less expensive options, they claimed only one other system existed and it was barely cheaper. They said the Lennox system was my ?best value,? even though other licensed contractors had already quoted me similar systems for much less. After back-and-forth calls with a ?manager,? they finally agreed to match a prior quote around $18,700, including a full Lennox setup with UV light, filtration, and new refrigerant line sets. Based on that representation, I moved forward. The installation proved they never intended to honor that agreement. ? They instal

This man Stephen Brown came to my home to install a water heater that he under bid his own company he works for and I accepted his helping me out with a cheaper price and I shouldn't have it was just wrong of me as well as him but I did it he took me. Home depot wei bought all the materials we became very friends over the past 8 months and I trusted him after meeting his father and Stephen showing me his family and many visits to my home. I needed a generator hooked up for my whole house a big job and he Stephen said he would install for me. He told me he needed $1,300.00 for electrical parts disconnect wire and everything to hook up generator so I gave him the money to get the materials to complete my job... HE DISAPPEARED ON ME AND NEVER CAME BACK BUT HAS SENT MANY MESSAGES ABOUT HIW HE SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE ME WRONG BUT TO DATE STILL HASN'T BROUGHT MY MONEY BACK AND SINCE NO MORE CONTACT WITH ME. I HAVE FILED A LAWSUIT TO CHARGE HIM WITH A FELONY FOR STEALING OVER $1,000 DOLLARS.

Purchased the unit around 7.5 years ago. It had three soils go bad in the last two years. I had purchased their 10 year warranty at the time the unit was installed. The unit was serviced for the first few years, Now they say I am out of labor. They quoted $5,600 to repair the coil. They said the part was covered just the labor was the cost. I would have to have my head examined If I were to put $5.600.00 in an eightyear old unit. They quoted me a new unit at $13,500. This is basically a 7-8.5k typical cost area. They would not discuss their refusal to service my un it until I accepeted their $5,600 quote. They left me no choice but to move on to a new supplier. I would not reccomend them.
