I called for an appointment and they came the date of the appointment. Some people i have tried to contact do not even respond. They repaired the issue and were quick to answer my questions. I have moved to Palm Coast just recently and plan to use them exclusively for any and all my electrical needs

I made an appointment with them 4 days ago to come out today and move an electrical plug and pull cables to wall mount a tv. Was told by them that it was a simple job. I took the day off work and coordinated the Geek Squad to come in right after to mount the tv. I just received a call (1 hour before appointment) and was told they did not have the right supplies and need to reschedule. The whole job was time sensitive as I wanted to surprise my wife. Unbelievable! How did they not know they needed parts when they made the appointment?
