Reviews
Write a Reviewgreat job!
Friendly and professional.
Very knowledgeable and very helpful in solving the problem with the water heater. They also installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Did a great job!
They do not accept texts and thatÂ’s a red flag. If we had agreed about pricing over text, maybe all of this could have been avoided. The rep said they charged $95 for the visit which covers 1 hr and then $95/hr. I said to the rep - isnÂ’t it just easier to say we charge $95/h? She agreed. The plumber came and told me they will charge me $95 per valve, I needed about 8 valves installed plus a toilet tank mechanism, the bill would have been over $900. That was intentionally done hoping that I am gullible and will fall for that bait and switch trick. I said no, thatÂ’s not the agreement I made on the phone. He went to his truck to call his boss, then came back and said how about $80 per stop, I said no, the only thing I had agreed is $95/h plus I will pay you for the materials after you show me the receipt. Finally, they agreed to do it for $95/h, worked for 2 hours and they waived the materials which were worth about $110 which was a very nice move and thatÂ’s why they are getting three stars instead of one.

It turned out that the water leak was caused my major root issues and the cost of running new pipe would be enormous so it was decided to leave the exterior spigots dry for the time being. Tech was great but this not repairable.
Not a bad contractor. Steve was quick and got the job done right the first time. Called ahead and explained that he would be running behind. Also called before arriving. Will use again when I need something electrical handled. Also their rate is a song and dance.
They repaired 2 outside faucets. Everything went well.
Came on short notice and completely repaired my leaking pipe. A slightly higher price than I expected, but definitely corrected the problem.
