Last 2 yrs after each yearly AC maintenace check. AC brokd down several hrs after they left and the following yr it broke down 2 days after the maintenance. Then they could come back to repair it for a week. Unacceptable setvice. I have used this company for 15 yrs. NOT ANY MORE! STAY AWAY FROM THEM...

They Quoted me a price for a 50 gallon tank hot water heater for $2800, but when the serviceman arrived, they said they recommend a tankless heater because of the outside vent. They originally quoted me a price of $4500 for a tankless heater but changed the price to $5600. I would not recommend this company to anyone they are a rip-off. It is a shame because the serviceman they sent out worked hard and did a nice job, but they knew I was in desperate need of the replacement and they took advantage of the situation.

It brings me no pleasure to say that we had terrible service with Advance Air Home Services. I want to preface this with I completely understand their work for us was done post-hurricane. Which is understandably a busy time. But the lack of communication, false information, and disregard for our property is not justifiable for being busy. It is poor customer service. Without writing a novel of the entire situation, Advance airs lack of communication put us without power for a week (which could have all been avoided with better communication or them giving us accurate information), costing us $1,000 in propane on our dime. When they did finally come out, they forgot to do elements of the job that we had agreed upon during their initial visit, as well as leaving trash, some of it being sharp and hazardous to our animals and lawnmower, scattered all over our yard. It was just the lack of respect for our home and property that was the final straw for me I emailed Advance Air after this was all said and done let them know how disappointed I was in their service. I was sent a response with 0 apologies or explanation, only that they would reach back out to me regarding the matter. It is been over 10 days with 0 response from them. I was extremely disappointed with this company and will never recommend Advance Air to anyone in the area.

Called this company due to a leaking water heater. They charged me 49 dollars for a guy to take a 5 second look and go you need a water heater. For 2334 we can do it tomorrow. Made a call to another company they can install a unit for 1250 compared to 1800 on Monday. I can understand a weekend and paying more but to me that is ridiculous. They dressed very unprofessional, no uniform looked more like he was heading to a party.
