Right now, we haven't heard from them them and it's been 12 days. They promised a 7 days turn around. IHave no idea what's happening with our rug. 'm hoping to hear from them today and I will update.

This is about a 9x12 rug that was cleaned at their home by a carpet cleaning company, the rug took days to dry, was moldy, and the backing was loose. We told the customer that there was a chance the backing would come off and need to be replaced if treated for mold (sanitized & disinfected). When we notified her that the backing had indeed come off, she did not want to pay for a new backing and wanted us to put the old backing back on - which is not possible. We spent the extra time putting a new backing on for free. I'm sorry you're not please that it took us a few extra days to do a free repair for you. We were actually trying to please you by doing so.
