This company may be very good for small water damage projects but are clearly not experienced in dealing with a whole house remediation project of the magnitude of hurricane Harvey flood. They tried to handle three clients a day traveling from one location to another often spending several hours a day in heavy traffic, leading hem to being inefficient and overrunning my project. Thay left my project before being completely finished therefore I had to hire others to complete the job.

If you don't hire these guys it might be the biggest mistake you make this year. I have been through several hurricanes and I know what professional customer service and gold standard work looks like. These guys blow everyone out of the water (pun intended...) The were meticulous in every aspect of the job. Moisture readings were properly logged, pictures of work in progress were taken, communication was prompt and informed. They gave an estimate at the beginning and stuck to it. I honestly can't find one thing thing they could have done better. If I could have given them 100 stars I would have!

I highly recommend this company for flood dryouts. They showed compassion and a willingness to work with you to resolve my flooded home as a result of Hurricane Harvey. From the first day I called the company they responded immediately. I felt confident and reassured that they will get my house prep for restoration. Every item removed they checked with me first. They handled my belongings as if they belonged to them. One team member offered to bury the box with my dogs ashes because it was covered with mold. That's the kind of service and compassion they showed me and I greatly appreciated that. Kudos to Janet the team lead and Dwayne who was the first person I spoke too. Both were always professional and they kept me informed. God Bless them.

Wonderful experience

Dwayne and Janet were empathetic, professional and diligent. They worked long hours and were very caring during our time of disaster. They were always professional and friendly and fairly priced. They were great with my kids and dog and I trusted them in my home! I was lucky to have them at my time of vulnerability!
