Randy and his crew were wonderful. They were very professional. I even had some minor problems, it was actually that I wasn't working the window right and they came over with in one day two at the most and easyfix they were wonderful!!!!There is nothing I can say bad about this group of workers, they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they had been there. It was wonderful I'd have them do it again If I need siding I will come to them they are wonderful!!!!!

They did an excellent job and I would hire them again.

We enjoyed doing business Factory Direct Exteriors! The price was very competitive and Randy was so easy to work with. Our installer, Phillip, was friendly, professional, and respectful of our time and property. Our house is older and some of the windows were a bit challenging but Phillip did a great job and the windows look great. Would highly recommend doing business with Randy and Factory Direct Exteriors!

Signed a contract on October 8, 2019.Job was supposed to be completed by in of November 2019. Completely, finished Middle of January 2020. Kevin came when he decided to come and came at the time he decided...maybe worked 6 hours 1 day. Complained to Randy and Mike but they were no help. 2 neighbors saw our lengthy time and I dont think theyll contact. Wouldnt remediate them to anyone. & representation!

The service was excellent. Randy Jones is the best salesman Iâ  ve ever worked with. He took care of all my concerns. His crew was professional, considerate , and worked within my timeline to finish. We love our windows, the look and the money saved on electric bill.

When reviewing who to select to install new windows in our home I went to Home Advisor to see who the experts were and what their customers had to say about their work. One company we looked at early in our decision making process was Factory Direct Exteriors (FDE) . Randy J (co-owner) contacted us and came to our home to show us window samples and different types of glass. He was quite knowledgeable with the ins-and-outs of windows and listened to what our needs were and how FDE could provide us with attractive, energy saving, budget friendly windows . We made the decision to go with FDE and we are so glad we did. Randy sent out his best installation crew who were amazing. Bronco (lead installer) was a skilled professional who was thorough and precise with his measurements and installation. This job was done at the end of Sept and the Arkansas heat was unforgiving but Randy and his partner kept a going in the toughest of situations. They installed 21 windows and 4 were in very hard to get to in a confined space. In addition to their skilled craftsmanship, we were MOST impressed that they cleaned up as they went along and made sure all our furniture and fixtures were covered and protected. After each window they packed up the old and removed it without leaving a trace of debris behind. Truly, these guys did an AMAZING job and we are very impressed with the quality of these windows. We probably could have found windows a little cheaper elsewhere had we kept looking, but I have learned over the years - you get what you pay for. In our opinion, these windows are worth every penny. Not only are they energy efficient but they look great on our house. I am certain that if we ever do decide to sell and move, these windows will increase the value of our home. Hands down, FDE is the BEST as is Randy J and Bronco. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new windows!!!
