This company is fantastic! Randy was professional, very knowledgeable, and gave us a great price. He is a straight shooter. He follows up throughout the whole process. He does what he says. The installation crew were courteous, professional, and did a perfect job on all 18 windows we had replaced. Phil made sure every window was done perfectly. I canâ t say enough about this company. Randy Jones is a very honest and personable salesman and Lindsay Stillman & his crew who install the windows. I had no problems and everything was as I was told. No surprises. This was my second home I had windows installed in. Remember, things are not normal and we all have to wait longer for products to be delivered. I know this is frustrating for Randy and Lindsay as well as the buyer, but be patient, the windows will come. Special thanks to Lindsay Stillman and crew who worked so diligently In getting 8 windows installed in one day. The windows are of high quality and work beautifully. They replaced 37 year old windows that were sweating & not in good condition, some wouldn't stay up. I highly recommend this company.....you will not be disappointed. Plus, I have rock on the front of my home and they were able to work around this with no problem...cleaned up after themselves!

The Owner, Mike was wonderful to work with and he sent a GREAT Lead Crew Man out to my house, Bryson. This guy is AMAZING!!!! He can do anything and is so very dedicated to his job! My windows were put in and everything was cleaned up perfectly! Bryson was the most courteous and most polite workman I have ever had on my property! He was so easy to work around that I didn't even no he was there! And very trustworthy! Between him and Mike, I felt like I was being taken care of like family! If anything didn't look quite right to me they answered every question and quickly set me at ease! Phenomenal work at a Phenomenal Price!!!! What Quality at an AMAZING DEAL!!!! Both the Windows and the Workmanship!!! I will have them back for anything and everything I need on the exterior of the house! Definitely!!!! Thanks Mike and Bryson!!!!

Customer service was very good, workmanship was very good, punctuality was very good.... I took off half a star only because it was so difficult and pricey to get a bronze color on the outside of the window frame. These guys seem to really know their business !! THANKS AGAIN !!

We had such a great experience with this company! They warned us that due to COVID we might not be able to get our windows for about 30 days. They called in the exact time frame and said that our windows had been delivered and would be installed. The came out and had our old windows out and the new ones in, in a day. They were professional, efficient and very friendly. I've recommended them to a few people already!

Crew worked hard

Wow! In an age where companies seem to not care much what the customer thinks, Factory Direct Exteriors, Inc., goes way above and beyond customer service! I should know, I worked in customer for over 35 years! From the cost of the new windows for our house (and we were pleasantly surprised!), to the professional and dedicated manner in which they were installed, I can't recommend this company enough! The young man, Bryson, who came to install windows, ended up working on his own, because his other worker was sick. Bryson did a fantastic job, and was pleasant and very personable! Kinda wish we were good friends now! :) And he did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess leftover from this massive job! If you're thinking of installing new windows, to replace old, worn ones, or just to upgrade your home, give these people a call, they will treat you right!
