Had a front deck that was in need of repair. Hector was very communicative and upfront about the plan. Needed an emergency repair for siding damage from a persistent woodpecker and Hector was the first to call. Gave me a quick but thorough explanation of what to needed to be done, options, and at a reasonable cost. He arrived promptly, completed work, and spent time discussing other things that I knew needed to be worked on. Ended up hiring him to replace other siding, sealing and painting a furnace pipe, installing metal flashing on some potential water damage areas, and roofing repair that was missed by another big name roofer hired before. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your needs and how to best take care of you.
