Hector came out less than 24 hours after my father requested a flat membrane roof repair through Angie’s List. He went up on roof and inspected it thoroughly and photographed it. Then he went into attic to do more inspection, also photographing the areas of leaking. He explained the repair process, pricing and when he could come out. He came out today with his team and completed the whole repair process. My parents couldn’t be happier and plan to work with him in the near future for more work. Hector is a hardworking, honorable man!

Hector originally replaced our roof about 5 years ago and did a great job. We have had him back several times since then for several different repairs of issues caused by other contractors and also to clean our built-in gutters and flat roof and two chimneys. Repair issues he took care of included a window leak that required siding and flashing repair, and also some siding and top repairs on one of the chimneys. Hector took great pictures and was able to show in detail what the problems were and explain repair options. His work was excellent - he took the time to do everything properly. He was very responsive when contacted and always showed up on time. He's also friendly and we will definitely contact him again if we have any roofing or other exterior work to do.

Hector did a great job and gave me pointers about maintenance and preventing future repairs. I will definitely be hiring Hector for future projects.

Hector is honest in that he does not hide facts, partly to get future business, as he honestly volunteered , but to alert the owner to roof conditions, details to look out for on his own and to take care of one way or another. He and his employees did a complete and thorough job after we negotiated price and extent of work. In that he was also reasonable. I would hire him in future.

I had several attic vents that had been damaged during careless roof cleaning. Hector gave me the best price and was able to do the work the same day. The work was great, and he showed me some things that needed attention (but did not try to scare me into immediate repairs). I am definitely going to hire him again for future roof work.

Hector did the most complete eval of our roof and gutters, many pictures of the areas needing attention and/or repair. Far more comprehensive details of the issues that needed to be addressed than any of the other bids I received, His bid was not the least expensive, but we felt because of the detail and scope of the work his crew would complete ALL is work instead of coming down and telling us that for more $$ they could fix the items as they found them. ALL IN ALL EXPRESS ROOFING did a great job. We will be using this company again for repair work on our chimney.

I hired Express Roofing and Remodeling on Thumbtack. I told them right after the project completion that I felt so lucky that I found them. And I meant every word of that. First, pricing. Their estimate was the second most competitive out of 6 groups that I got estimate for. And guess what, the cheapest estimate turned out to be from a company with fake reviews. In contrast, Hectorâ s company has top reviews from many, many clients. There are so many drone photos of previous projects that look awesome. Second, timing. This project was for my Airbnb, which means I have strict time requirements. The team arrives on time every day, and worked very very hard every day. And my project completed 2 days earlier than the estimate. This does not happen often in my other construction projects. Third letâ s talk quality. This is because I save the best for last! I was watching the project most of the days, and I must say that this team enjoys doing what they do, and they want to make things look good and lasting. They paid attention to small details, even the parts that I wouldnt see myself. I remember that in the beginning of the project they asked me if I need to do the skirt boards around the deck. To try to get lower cost, I said no. In the end they did it anyway and the reason Hector gave me was: since we are done early and it will look better that way. During the project they also take awesome drone photos of my deck, which helps a lot for me to inspect the final work from many different angles. In summary, I would recommend this group to anyone needing a deck. You will be happy like I was.
