We had laminated flooring installed upstairs, but during the grinding of the plywood subfloor, the installation crew damaged our floor sockets. When we reported the issue, the company refused to repair the damage. Both the crew and the manager denied responsibility, and the manager even asked us to provide proof that their team caused the problem. Additionally, the crew failed to take basic precautions to protect our home. They did not cover any furniture or household items during the grinding process, resulting in dust spreading throughout the house. Overall, this situation reflects poorly on the skill, professionalism, and accountability of the installers the company employs.

We actually signed up for a quote at the Texas State Fair. The sale rep came out and gave us a very good price. The day of the installation day came - the 3 man crew showed up on time, moved all the furniture (5 rooms), took out the old carpet and installed the new carpet in 6 hours. They cleaned up their mess 100% leaving no trace they had even been there. We are impressed with the company - pricing, quality and the installation. We will use them again in the future.

My husband and I both expressed on multiple occasions that we wanted engineered hardwood installed and were told about their product ?Express Flooring?. We asked multiple times throughout the sales pitch what the difference was between Express flooring and engineered hardwood and were told they were ?exactly the same? just express flooring is a third generation and more durable. On August 28th we saw a box that says Premium Laminate. I reached out to Express Flooring to tell them they installed the wrong flooring and asked when they would be able to fix this error. I was told by Travis ?it would take time?. On August 28th Josh the sales manager called me and was VERY rude and offered me no solutions. On August 29th Josh called me again and said if I wanted engineered hardwood installed it would be an additional $2500. I told him this was not an acceptable solution as we agreed to $10,536 to have our floors. Josh then yelled at me on the phone and said this was the only option.

The day they was suppose to start working on our floors they showed up and was only there about an hour at the most. They tore up 5 different areas of my home then said the moisture was to high and they couldn't do the job. Now my home looks terrible! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

The team installed my flooring for 4 1/2 rooms in one day, much to my surprise. It was done very professionally and looks great. The team was very professional and courteous. They handled my furniture that they moved with care. I would absolutely recommend them.
