Dorian Construction is the first remodeler that I have used over the last 2 &1/2 years that has delivered what they promised. Ken is the most honest and fair general contractor I have used for remodeling two properties on Marco Island.Had I known of his company when I started 2 & 1/2 years ago I would have given him all of the $150,000 worth of business. I trust him, he is very fair in his pricing, and he delivers what he promises to do. I highly recommend him and his company

I hardly ever give 5 stars to anyone, but Ken and his team were extraordinary in terms of Contractors and construction. Ken was the primary contact and was professional from hello. From past experience, we've learned that it is not just the work that one does, but the completion that extends through the clean up. Ken Dorian Construction has that standard. Ken has taught his team to thoroughly complete a project. Not only was the deck replaced beautifully, but the cleanup impeccable. We had guests staying with us when the deck was replaced and when we returned from our outing, they suggested we not drive up the driveway before inspection to keep from damaging our tires. We walked up to the area that would have had debris and four of us check and found 2 nails that were not in the area of concern. They were amazed and said that they wished he was in California where they are from. Ken and his team definitely deserves 5 stars and we've decided that this is our company for any of our future home remodel and repair needs.

Honest and extremely professional

Ken was excellent, very hard worker, cleaned up after project and always on time. He actually removed my old vanity/sink without breaking the mirror, used my faucet from old sink and installed new vanity, put the faucet on new sink and hooked up all plumbing. Fixed wall with drywall mud where the old vanity was. I can't say enough good about him.....a really good guy!!!! Candie H., Naples, I will refer him to everyone.

Ken and his Team were very professional and Talented as our Project had some unknown Issues but Ken was able to take care of these problems with a smile.
