The technician showed up when he said he would and stayed until all the work was completed and verified that everything worked. He explained what he was doing so we understood and I really appreciated it as I learned a little about the wiring in my house.

They were on time and went right to work. I felt like having a set price on the installation of my flat panel TV was one thing but they added an additional services call. I will say the they went over the charges when they came.
