Flat rated pricing can be a little on the high end depending on the job,however they worked with me until I was satisfied with the results.They do offer discounts for seniors,military etc. My service Tech Juan did an excellent job communicating the problems and resolving them step by step.

Matt W. came to give an estimate within 24 hours. The estimate was regardless of how complicated the installation of our ceiling fan would be. So no surprises. He also answered our questions thoroughly and told us exactly what we needed to know to purchase the correct fan for the room. There was no pressure to accept the estimate on the spot and when we did, the work was done on the exact day (about one week later) that we requested. Matt arrived with Brian G., a young man as knowledgable and delightful as he was, and the work proceeded without issue. Clean up was excellent- other than that I had a new fan installed, you'd never know they had been here! Highly recommended and will use this company again.
