I called Expert Wire May 22 and they gave me appt for May 31. The rep on phone was extremely professional and told me exactly what would happen at the appt. There is a $59.99 service fee but there is a coupon for the fee on their website so make sure to mention it. I received an email at 9am from Expert Wire on May 31 indicating Matt K was on his way. The email included a work history for Matt and even included his picture which I think is a great idea. Matt K, Brian and Ronnie showed up at 9:30. I explained what I wanted (4 ceiling fans installed - no current wiring). They went into the attic and checked things out. Matt K sat down with me a gave me a pricing. I asked when could he get it done and he said â right nowâ . All three put booties on when they were in the house. Extremely polite, professional young men. Someone raised them with manners and maybe Expert Wire had a hand in it. To me manners (and experience) matter. They had all fans up and running by noon. Ronnie even ran a vacuum cleaner to pick up any mess they made. They even took away the boxes the fans came in so I didnâ t have to break the boxes down for recycling. The service was outstanding! The finished product is outstanding! They did a great job. The price was a bit high but you pay for what you get and I will definitely hire them again. You wonâ t go wrong with Expert Wire and if you do hire them ask for Matt K, Brian and Ronnie.

This is a five star company! There is an old saying... "You Get What You Pay For." I say, if you want cheap go somewhere else. This is one of those rare companies that performs exactly as they advertise. Two man crew led by David Bittell. I first got in contact with Expert Wire through Home Advisor. They waived the $59 twenty minute inspection fee, arrived to my house in a very timely manner, and helped me with my electrical issues. My technician s name was Matt Wothers and he listened to everything I had to say about my electoral dilemma and quickly went to work to fix the problem. It can be hard to trust someone with your home at times, especially when you like to fix things yourself, but he listened intently about my situation and came up with the solution within two hours. Couldn t be happier with my service today and would absolutely call back in the future if need be.

Matt, Bryan, Matt w and Beth are wonderful people to work with. The project installing a generator was a big project, there were glitches but they worked through them and the project was finished on time. They showed up on time and accommodated my schedule. They are now the only electricians I will use. Top notch people and service.
