I had a great experience working with Manny and his crew at Exotic Waterworlds. To be upfront, I wasn’t the easiest client at the start. I changed the project timeline at least five times while working through some coordination on my end. Manny handled all of it with patience and professionalism. He never pressured me to rush into anything and instead made sure everything was fully aligned before starting. That approach really stood out. He is the kind of person who would rather do things the right way than piece a project together prematurely. Once we got going, his crew was outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and consistently on time. It was clear they took pride in their work. They put in serious effort to keep things moving efficiently without sacrificing quality. I needed to remodel my pool and have been getting quotes for over 2 years. They ranged from 15-30k, I have researched and read just about every review and looked at every gallery available. When Manny from Exotic Waterworlds gave me a quote, he was different from the others. He listened to me provided his opinions and options, and for the first time I trusted him and his suggestions. He was not the cheapest but he was able to provide what I wanted at a very fair price. He was a man of his word, when he said the crew would be there at a certain on a certain date they were there. And they were skilled. He communicated with me through ever step and actually picked up the phone every time I reached out to him. Manny is amazing and I am his biggest fan. The pool turned out absolutely beautiful and it exceeded my expectations. I definitely made the right choice in hiring Manny from Exotic Waterworlds!

Manny and his crew are awesome. They built over 250 feet of wall, installed two block planters, poured over 10 yards of cement and install cement and bull nose brick steps. Highly recommend.

I'm very pleased with the work done by Manny and his crew. The showed up ready to work on all the days scheduled and finished my pool and deck paver project in less than 3 weeks. I found Manny to be very well versed in the pool business as he walked me through the available options for the mini pebble finishes available and his pricing was ultra competitive... Mr. Manny's (Manual Griego) judgment of my block wall project was inadequate considering his online professional profile. His initial proposal mentioned construction of 94 linear feet of foundation which otherwise already existed on ground and its cost was unnecessarily included in the initial proposal as such. Hectic communication and effort had to be made with Mr. Manny to bring the final project cost to an agreeable amount during the construction phase already in progress. The project was completed by construction workers in a rapid pace and efficiently under Mr. Thomas's guidance.
