The did an excellent job. Very satisfied! Todd, the owner delivered as promised. The crew did an outstanding job. The always picked up after themselves. I highly recommend Exact Roofing.

I hired Exact Roofing to replace my 20-year-old roof in July 2020. I have many issues since, and the owner Todd did not honor the warranty or the contract. Todd did a great job selling me upfront, but the quality of work was subpar, and not only am I having to redo a portion of the roof but there are massive restoration costs. Update to Todd's Response: My expectation was for the roof not to leak the first year it was installed. Todd NEVER fixed anything, that is a lie. Todd has lied many times throughout my experience with him and the "manufacturer" is a Malarkey sales rep who is not qualified to make assessments on workmanship. Todd offered me $400 to have my roof fixed through another roofer since he knows his work is not up to par but $400 is nothing compared to what it will cost to fix everything and the fact he voided my warranty. Todd has many excuses why the roof leaked; trees, and electrical conduit that he stated was installed after he did the job but the conduit was there before and in the pictures he sent with his guys on the roof (second photo). I have had 3 other roofers show me pictures where the transition was not done correctly and the leak was due to installer error, not because of trees or electrical conduit, which were both present many years prior. It is also unfortunate in Todd's response below he claims the manufacture voided my warranty, I spoke with them and they did not, in fact Todd never registered the materials which he should have done. Beware of this guy, he does a good job selling, but the work is subpar and he blames the homeowner for his shoddy work.

I have a 2 year old roof from Exact Roofing & Construction with a warranty. I have called the company to ask for someone to come out and replace a tile that came off during a storm, recognizing that it is not a warranty issue. I left messages at least 6 times over a 3-4 week period and have not received a call back. I don’t know if the company has gone out of business or just doesn’t return calls but others should be worried about this lack of response. What if I had a serious warranty issue?

I hired Exact Roofing for a full roof replacement, along with stucco repair and replacement of architectural pop-outs, as part of a single project. The project never progressed to the roofing phase because the stucco work was never completed. From the start, the job suffered from lack of supervision, poor workmanship, and failure to protect my home during demolition. The stucco phase had to be stopped due to visible issues, at which point communication deteriorated significantly. Specific issues included: Crew left unsupervised for extended periods No adequate protection of the home during stucco demolition Damage to my brand-new metal shade awnings caused by falling concrete tiles and debris Stucco staining around the property, including exterior walls and garage doors Concrete tiles, nails, and debris clogging my gutters Stucco work that was not plumb, requiring work to be halted No weatherproofing installed beneath the new stucco, leaving the home exposed Multiple days where the crew did not show up with no notice Repeated calls, texts, and emails to the owner, Todd, while he was away in Europe went unanswered Communication remained limited even after his return To date, I still have not received a phone call or text to discuss resolution Despite the roof never beginning and the stucco work being incomplete, the owner unilaterally decided on a partial refund amount without consulting me. In my opinion, I am still owed $5,000, based on the condition the home was left in and the cost to repair the damage. As a result, I was left: With property damage requiring repair Paying out of pocket to hire a new licensed and bonded crew Facing higher costs to correct and secure the home than if the work had been done properly initially Depositing the partial refund does not resolve the damages or the situation — it simply allowed me to move forward and protect my home. This experience could have been avoided with proper supervision and communication. I strongly recommend future customers confirm daily on-site management and clear escalation procedures before hiring.

Had a great experience using Exact Roofing & Construction. The owner Todd was great to work with, gave me a few options with my tile and flat roof. The were there on time and cleaned up after the job. My roof looks great. Would definitely use the company again and would highly recommend them to friends and family!
