One of the worse experiences I have ever had with a contractor.

I worked with Carlos at Lebirch Development & Construction, Inc. He responded to my quote request quickly and we were able to get started on the bathroom reno pretty fast. The subcontracted teams were really great: They were timely and extremely professional. Carlos addressed concerns if/when any arose. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, is that I felt the communication regarding the daily activities could have been a little better and there was a delay at the end of the project with the shower doors, which I felt could have been prevented with pre-planning. Overall, I was happy with the work and the service & I would recommend them.

This crew is good always on time and excellent work.

The team was always professional & courteous. The tile team did beautiful work with my reconfigured shower with new bench and the new floor. The guys were always responsive when I requested minor corrections/adjustments. Love the new look of my guest bath!

Our kitchen was totally remodeled. During the course of the Le Birch Development & Construction were very professional and courteous . The crew cleaned up at the end of each day worked. Carlos was attentive towards any concerns raised and responded promptly to my email. We were very happy with a job well done. I would recommend them.

Our work with Le birch development & construction was exceptional. We had a kitchen from the late 1970 including soffits, antiquated press board cabinets and insufficient lighting. We wanted to create a more open space and increase the storage at the same time. It was hard to imagine what such a large change could look like but the team worked with us to visualize the new space, consider options for coordinating cabinets, counter, flooring and more.
