Everdry installed a French drain system inside our crawlspace and outside of our home, encapsulated our crawlspace and installed a sump pump. We were happy with all the work they performed and would recommend them to anyone.

We had some heavy rainfall and leakage in our basement. Everdry was very responsive and came out to find the problem. They came up with a solution and we have not had any issues. It was all covered on our warranty. We have been happy with their services.

Wanting to remodel my basement, it’s important that it will stay dry. Having seen Everdry Waterproofing at many shows, I decided to have them waterproof my basement. In Feb 2022, Everdry installed a trench around the inside basement walls and around the outside of the house. Outside there is a planter that runs along the front and one side of the house. Everdry mentioned that bushes might need to be trimmed about 2 feet from the house to allow space for workers to dig the trench. While this was followed on the side, the planter wall got completely covered in dirt. In front, the bushes were badly butchered and so much of the limbs hacked off there is not enough left for them to grow back to what they were. The corner of the planter had the wall removed to install a drain and the rocks were not get put back in place properly. For compensation Everdry offered two years free warranty but instead I should have insisted they fix the planter and plant new bushes in the bare places.

Two years ago, I had a major flood in my crawlspace and basement that day that we got 3 inches of rain in 24 hours. Within 2 days, the mold was so bad that I couldn't stay in the house any longer! Luckily, Everdry was available and quickly installed a system to get rid of the mold fumes so I could live in the house again. Then I had them install the drainage system both inside and outside the basement and crawlspace areas as well as encapsulate the crawlspace. It was expensive and messy, but it fixed the problem and I don't have to worry about future floods anymore!
