best in the business, super easy, affordable, didnâ t have any hassle whatsoever and cheaper than everywhere else I got quote from. Laura was project manager and extremely helpful and David as well. couldnâ t have gone any better and finished product was high quality. From quote to finish was 8 days And most of that delay was from my end.

Tanesha Box has exemplified outstanding customer service. While I have not yet had my new fence installed I have been extremely impressed with the high level of professionalism and responsiveness, especially from Tanesha. She has thoroughly answered all of my questions and been super responsive. She has one of the best demeanors of a company representative that I have ever experienced and made me feel as if I was Ergeon's the only customer. I wish everyone had the same attitude towards their job as Tanesha. Ergeon is lucky to have someone like her representing you. If the rest of my experience is as good as it has been so far, I will be thrilled that I came across Ergeon and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for fence installation or repair.

From the first contact with Lhacya Bowe, Ergeon sales rep, and Luis Juarez, Ergeon project manager, through working with Cecilio Rubio and his crew, we were very pleased with the experience, the customer service and attention to detail, and the final results. The quote process was managed with online tools that incorporated Google Earth for property and measurement accuracy. This was verified by an in-person visit by the fence builder, Cecilio Rubio. Based on competitive quotes and customer experiences, Ergeon was competitively priced and excellent in customer service. We added to the project while still in the quote stage and this was accomplished without delay. The project began on time as scheduled and the workmanship was excellent. My only suggestion would be to provide the customer with stain samples on actual pieces of the selected wood. I was uncomfortable making a selection based on a picture as I felt the color could not be accurately represented. But even this was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this business and will use them again if future needs arise.
