True craftsmanship. This was an outstanding experience.

In the beginning they were a bit pushy with scheduling. Otherwise, they were quick and efficient. The fence quote was the best price out of three contractors, but their quote for staining was too high. I went with another company for staining. The local contractor did a good job for what I can tell. The fence passed the city's permit requirements.

I urgently needed to install a fence because my tenants were concerned about safety and security. Ergeon was the first to respond to my request on Angi. Greg walked me through the fence project design. This process was really nice and easy. Greg was responsive, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, after I signed on the dotted line, I found out that my pm, Juan, was on vacation. This delayed the project by 13 days. My attempts to accelerate the project were unsuccessful. Ergeon's GC registration with the city had lapsed. Again my attempts to help them correct this was unsuccessful. Juan was very responsive when he returned and the project was scheduled immediately. I am very happy with the fence but the fence is not entirely to our specifications. By the time I saw the discrepancy, it was too late and I just accepted what they provided. Ergeon has a nice process but communication from SALES to PM to INSTALLER has some pitfalls. Insist on an ETC. up front.
