    Great company! Professional, reputable and fair priced! Mark English has a calm demeanor and listened to me when I explained my issue: A sewer backup due to a cracked and crushed clean out pipe. He understood my frustration and anxiety in wanting to get it repaired immediately. I received five estimates from various companies. You must do your homework. Such a broad spectrum in pricing. But when I reviewed the scope of work proposals, those were all the same. The estimates were all over the place. However, Mark English stood out. Again, his calm and professional demeanor in explaining what needed to be done was great. Thank you very much for repairing my sewer pipe. It was a pleasure meeting your fine crew - Crew 26! Phil Mann, Mike Morton and Wayne White were great! I might have been one of your strangest but happiest customers yet! Even another company who was very busy to get to my job in time, said this about English: â Mick English is a great guy and English is a good company. You wonâ t be sorry and I feel confident that you will be satisfied with English.â I couldnâ t agree more. I highly recommend them.

    We had to keep contacting the contractor to find out when the work would be done. The contractor said either Thursday or Friday. They just showed up without calling us on the day. I also think they could have minimized yard damage by using plywood sheets and a tarp to put the dirt on. We had tarps but we were not asked if we wanted to use tarps. Also they were supposed to pump the septic tank (contract), instead they said they would force the remaining liquid through the finger system. My husband said it worked, however that is not what was listed in the contract.
