Great customer service from beginning to end!! I would highly recommend! Work was done in a timely fashion ! If you looking to get windows done in the Milwaukee and surrounding areas, check them out!! You will not regret it!

UPDATE 1/14/25: I made an earlier review which can't be changed, so I want to update it. All work was done to my satisfaction. There was just mis-communication between Empire and me coupled with a very stressful time. I would reccomend them-the work was very good. ORIGINAL COMMENT: I would NOT hire them!! They tore off the wrong siding from my house. The workman tried to lie about it. Despite MANY MANY promises and never call backs it still is not fixed. Their "Manager" would never call back when she said she would. A "crew" would never show up when I was told they would be here. Scam Alert!

I just had Empire Home Remodeling complete both a window and bath project for my home. The process was painless and we are so happy with the finished product. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The crew completing my project was professional and efficient. Overall I am completely satisfied and wish I had started this project sooner.

Alec was very friendly and knowledgeable. He appeared to believe in the products he was presenting. Based on his information, friendliness, and willingness to answer any questions, we were able to make an immediate decision. He spent several hours with us and took his time even though he had an hour drive home from our residence. He is very friendly and easy to work with!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
