I was so pleased with the refacing of both my vanity cabinets in 2022, that six months later, I refaced my kitchen cabinets, as well as my sister's. Based on how pleased I was, my neighbor also had her vanity refaced. About a year later, I noticed that the cabinets in both my and my sister's kitchens no longer matched the (very) white doors, so I notified Lisa by email. She forwarded my email to Alex, (who performed the work) and we agreed by phone to touch base in January 2024. Since January, I've followed up with Lisa by email, and left voicemail messages for both Lisa and Alex -- NO RESPONSE. After leaving voicemail messages August 9 and 14 for Lisa, and not receiving a response, I called Alex on August 28. I was surprised that he immediately answered the phone, informing me that he no longer works for the company (then why did he answer the phone -- at his extension, no less). He said to contact Lisa, who would assign someone else to repaint the cabinet frames. I sent Lisa a detailed email September 8, and still haven't received any response.

They refinished my cabinets For the quality of work that I received I believe the value for money was great. And I have recommended them to a bunch of people already and I am happy with the outcome. Their work was very clean, which actually blew my mind because I had very low expectations.

My husband and I had such a great experience with ECC. Our cabinets were all dark brown. We really wanted white cabinets in the kitchen to give more brightness to the room. We met with Lisa to get the project started. She was so great to work with, super-nice, understanding, patient, and accommodating. Bret who worked on the cabinets was great too! He was respectful of us and our home. He was very detailed oriented and made sure everything looked good to us before leaving once the job was done. Josh also helped and his workmanship is just the same. We loved our kitchen so much we had our master bathroom cabinets done as well. Thank you, ECC! We love our beautiful white cabinets.

We just had Elite Cabinet Coatings paint all of the cabinets in our house to include our kitchen and kitchen island, and all three of our bathrooms. They did a fantastic job. Alex Hoff was our painter and he was super friendly, helpful, patient and talented. We're still amazed at the transformation the painted cabinets made to our kitchen and bathrooms. From start to finish I was impressed with the communication, attention to detail and timeliness of the work. They took thorough measures to keep the house as clean as possible. Mike even came the weekend before to get a head start on the cabinet doors. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
