Do not use this company. The owner is not honest. Not to mention they are crooks. They owe me money !!! I paid for chemicals they never applied. Paid for a full month and they only came 3 of 4 weeks and it was not because of inclement weather.

Let me first begin by saying our last pool company went out of business and didn?t properly notify us so we had a month of no service and didn?t know. Our heated pool at our home in Palm Beach, FL wasn?t looking good at all. Michael (the owner of Elements Pools) was quick to respond to our inquiry then sent his team over to evaluate pool and get started. He provided us with a full report on chemical levels, pool leakage, stains from dirt and ways to keep pool perfect. We hired him immediately and he began work on the pool. After 2 weeks of service our pool hasn?t looked this clean in a very long time! He always has his crew come on the scheduled day for us and he?s very organized which we do truly love. Before every service we get a text to let us know our pool technician is heading to our property and then after each service we get photo(s) of the job and a report on all the things they did that day. As someone who has dealt with many pool companies I can say this company is hands down the best we?ve dealt with and we will continue using them! Highly recommend this company if you?re thinking of getting a new pool company to keep your pool sparkling clean and in the best condition. It?s truly a fresh breath of air to deal with a pool company that is professional, courteous, fast and organized! Thanks again Elements Pools for all you?ve done so far for our pool. I have been using Elements Pool for over a year and half. They are an awesome company. They come weekly to maintain my pool and it has never looked so good. I have never had a problem. They text you when they are on the way and they send you an email after service is complete telling you what they did. They even include a picture of your pool. I highly recommend this company for your pool maintenance. They are the best!
